The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Commerce with a passion for product and brand with experience in fashion and digital product marketing to join our team. The individual in this role will drive, guide and execute highly innovative product marketing plans across The SpringHill Company’s consumer product and merchandising initiatives throughout the go-to-market process. As a key voice on our growing Commerce team, they will apply their cultural insights, understanding of consumer, retail, and e-commerce to unlock fresh, out of the box ideas that drive consumer engagement, product demand and purchase.

Core responsibilites

  • Lead and create impactful product marketing strategies inclusive of on and off platform, digital, talent, experiential, social and content-led solutions.
  • Leverage the product marketing strategies and your creativity to ignite cross-functional briefs for support and execution. 
  • Drive the overall execution of the product plan, timelines, budget and deliverable working closely with cross-functional experts (i.e,. Franchise, Social, Creative, Production) to ensure project success.
  • Manage key partnerships and partnership deliverables in tandem with Franchise and/or Brand Partnerships leads, as appropriate. 
  • Identify trends, cultural and white space opportunities that inform and fuel strategic decisions and outputs.
  • Generate project recaps, meeting notes, and analysis that support current and future product planning initiatives.
  • Manage the overall product calendar and support the annual planning process, line planning, business case development, and go-to-market workflow from Ideation to launch. 
  • Become a leading voice through deck presentation development to support the product marketing vision to internal stakeholders and cross functional teams.

Qualifications Necessary

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience within a marketing firm or brand with a focus on fashion, products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success of independently building product marketing strategies.
  • Goal-oriented, strategic and creative thinker with a hands-on approach to driving and obtaining results.
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and keen ability to influence and “sell” strategies to any audience.
  • Effectively excels and performs well under stress and meets deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint with the ability to creatively tell a story in a compelling way.
  • Strong understanding and consumption of emerging digital media channels.
  • Knowledge of Collaboration software like Asana, Wrike, Jira, Basecamp, and Monday is a plus.
  • Passion for entertainment, art, sports, lifestyle, music.
