The Position

The Ecommerce Manager, UNINTERRUPTED will drive daily channel ecommerce tactics focused on driving online revenues, user acquisition, brand awareness, and consumer engagement across UNINTERRUPTED commerce properties. As an ecommerce operator, you understand what drives consumers to buy, engage, and identify with shopping experiences, promoting deeper customer loyalty, retention and conversion. Your passion and ability to digest data and analytics to help inform user experience and channel tactical approaches keep you on the cutting edge of modern commerce. You are not afraid of failure, love bringing big ideas to the table, all while managing ecommerce growth across channels. In this role your ambition is to execute, develop, and grow the online business. You have a hunger for driving revenue and sales with a passion for connecting with online audiences organically through product experiences that resonate.

Core responsibilites

  • Managing select ecommerce platforms – including product creation, maintenance, CMS updates, product merchandising, core website functionalities, and theme updates
  • Drive the overall execution of the ecommerce strategy and digital experiences, working closely with cross-functional experts for vision fruition
  • Creating and analyzing weekly and monthly sales reports for internal stakeholders with insights that drive improved conversion, product performance, user experience
  • Executing against the annual ecommerce & product calendars to drive website engagement and keeping brand moments at the forefront of our audiences
  • Leading and managing 360 coordination efforts for online product launches across all channels and tactics for organic, paid, email, direct, social, referral, etc.
  • Coordinating site improvements, platform updates, etc. with internal and external teams
  • Monitoring and analyzing Google Analytics to implement audience and funnel development strategies
  • Partnering with content, digital, and social teams to align on unique content angles and rollout strategies that bolster conversation, support audience growth and conversion across owned and paid channels.
  • Partnering with internal and external paid and organic content teams
  • Working closely with product teams to ensure best in class product representation online and across channels.

Qualifications Necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
  • 3-5 years post-college experience working with website platforms like Magento, Demandware, Shopify, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace Suite
  • Proficient with Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • 3-5 years experience with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, channel optimization, A/B testing, customer journey, and traffic analysis
  • Knowledge of merchandising best practices for visibility and sell-through velocity
  • Knowledge of MAP programs for retail partners and reseller programs
  • Understanding of ecomm platform integrations like CRMs, ESPs, ERPs and apps.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention tactics
  • Familiar with paid digital media platforms and media growth strategies
  • Experience working with developers, engineers, product teams
  • Ability to organize information and concisely present issues, recommendations, and conclusions
  • A natural ability to collaborate with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to wear multiple hats to support team success
  • Good multitasker who is keen to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience on the brand side or within a marketing firm or creative agency
  • Goal-oriented, strategic and creative thinker with a hands-on approach to driving and obtaining results.
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Effectively excels and performs well under stress and meets deadlines.
  • Passion for all things sports culture and fashion.
