The SpringHill Company is seeking a versatile and talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team and lead the creation of original, idea-first visual design work. The successful candidate is culturally involved, strategic minded, and can think both conceptually and visually. In this role, the candidate will support design concepting and create compelling on-brand graphics across a variety of mediums including digital, TV, print, and apparel. This role collaborates most closely with a team of Creative Directors, Designers, and Writers. The candidate will contribute to brainstorming and concepting, and create design execution across TSHC brand properties and partner brands. The ideal candidate has a natural sensibility for creative problem solving, and can work both independently and collaboratively. Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible with the ability to take initiative and work cross functionally within the organization.
