The Position:

The SpringHill Company is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team. This role will be responsible for recruitment and selection for roles of all levels. Success in this role requires excellent organization and communication, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills with peers and leadership. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and support immediate hiring needs as we continue to grow.

Core responsibilites:

  • Use TSHC recruitment procedures and work with key business partners to identify high-potential candidates for all positions within the company
  • Oversee and lead all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
  • Building and develop talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Managing our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and recruiting vendors
  • Participate in and host recruitment events offline and online to drive awareness of our company
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
  • Assess progressive talent strategies, addressing retention and development needs
  • Consult with business leaders, recruiting, and finance to design and manage compensation policy, using proprietary data and industry benchmarks

Qualifications Necessary:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience including diversity recruitment, talent management and performance management.
  • Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions in media/entertainment
  • Experience in managing full cycle recruiting and sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
