The SpringHill Company is seeking a Director of Talent to join our People & Culture team. This role will be responsible for recruitment and selection for roles of all levels and will act as an advisor to leadership on talent acquisition best practices and execution against talent acquisition elements. Success in this role requires excellent organization and communication, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills with peers and leadership. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and support immediate hiring needs as we continue to scale. Candidates will need to understand the entertainment space and must have experience sourcing talent within the Creative and Entertainment spaces.
