The Position

The Associate, Client Solutions will support the Pre- and Post-Sale process end-to-end for brand partnership accounts. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and run key client relationships. The perfect candidate will have an expertise in account management, media planning and measurement to our brand partners. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the various internal teams to develop and execute culturally relevant creative concepts, retain client relationships, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our clients. Success in this position requires consultative experience and a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. Core responsibilites

  • Campaign management of branded content programs ensuring flawless transition from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Convert production materials like schedules, creative treatments into client facing communication.
  • Provide campaign management support tracking social media posts and updating social media analytics reports.
  • On set support to assist production with logistics and also keep clients comfortable.
  • Assist in creation of client RFP response materials which includes ideation of marketing briefs, presentation development and pricing details.
  • Align with internal teams to generate post campaign wrap up reports that will be distributed to clients at the completion of the campaign.
  • Customize sales presentations with Account Directors in preparation for client meetings.
  • Assisting in execution of client experiential event.

Qualifications Necessary

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in experiential marketing or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate insights to management and relevant stakeholders; thrives working collaboratively and cross functionally.
  • Participate in RFP brainstorms, offering creative ideas and approaches towards client requests and needs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex projects from beginning to end.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills across multiple functions in an organization.
  • High attention to detail and professional in dealing with high profile clients and talent.
  • Proficient Keynote, Word and Excel skills.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A deep passion for the industries in which the Company operates.
